Count
Also called: tally, number of occurrences
Definition
The number of times a behavior occurred during an observation. On its own it is hard to compare across sessions of different lengths, which is why count is usually converted to rate by dividing by the observation time, or to a percentage by dividing by the number of opportunities.

How many times the behavior happened. To compare sessions of different lengths, turn it into a rate.
Example
Fourteen requests during the session.
Not count
Fourteen requests per hour. Dividing by time makes it a rate.
